Helen Wuellner

My name is Helen Wuellner (she/they) and I am a first year law student at UC Davis School of Law (King Hall). I’m from Los Angeles, CA, and have my B.A. from UC Santa Cruz in Language Studies with a French emphasis. I have always sought to combine my passion for environmentalism and social justice with my skills in language, writing, and research, and this desire for a socially impactful career is what led me to attend law school at UC Davis. Now, I am thrilled to be at the Policy Institute using the legal skills I’ve gained to bridge the gap between research and legislation, and doing my part to ensure our environmental and transportation policies are accurate, informed, and effective.
