Brian Harold

Brian Harold is a Policy Evaluation Specialist with the Policy Institute, where he evaluates the design, implementation, and impact of a diverse array of energy, transportation, and natural resources initiatives. Prior to joining the Policy Institute in August 2019, Brian was a Project Manager for third-party process and impact evaluations of energy efficiency, demand response, and energy education programs operated by utilities and state agencies throughout the country. Brian holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.
